Our competitions offer a fun, supportive environment for every student to come out and compete in a safe, well organized space. All competition events are broken down into age and rank specific categories to ensure students are competing at their level. This helps ensure the student has an incredible experience while being challenged to become the very best they can be.
We offer many opportunities each year to participate in Martial Arts competitions through the organization IMAS / Innovative Martial Arts Systems.

Nationals weekends include specialty Seminars taught by Master Instructors, High Rank Testings and Instructor Certifications, as well as competitions for all ages and ranks.

Join us March 10th & 11th in Dallas, Texas! Much more than a weekend of competition -- Nationals weekend includes specialty Seminars taught by Master Instructors, High Rank Testings and Instructor Certifications, as well as competitions for all ages and ranks.

Tournament weekends include specialty Seminars taught by Master Instructors plus competitions for all ages and experience levels. The Orange Beach is not to be missed!
IMAS worlds
Dallas, Texas // June 28 & 29, 2024
A new spin on all your same favorites, but with more to win! With competitions ranging from Traditional Forms to the fast-paced Padded Stick Sparring, there is something for all ages and experience levels. We are securing the venue now and will have more information soon on great deals of where to stay!

Going for gold?! There are many ways to win at Nationals! Participants can compete in categories such as Traditional Forms, One-Step Combinations, Tournament Sparring, Weapons Patterns, Padded Stick Sparring and more -- or choose to take the Board Break Challenge!

Innovative Martial Arts Systems was founded in 2010 with the mission to combine tradition and innovation, emphasizing self defense and self-discovery through nationally and regionally offered competitions, continuing education and certification opportunities.
David Vincent's Martial Arts is a proud member of IMAS providing students the opportunity to compete on a National level and our Instructors the opportunity of continuing their education and advancement with top level Martial Arts schools and Instructors around the country.
