Summer Camps

What will your child be doing during summer vacation? How about a program that enhances self esteem, improves fitness and concentration, and helps develop self control and discipline? 

Our Martial Arts Day Camps are specially designed to improve basic motor and listening skill for children ages five to eleven through Martial Arts related activities. With weekly rates available for full day or half day participation, Martial Arts Day Camps can be a part of every family’s summer schedule. Day Camps are open to Martial Arts students as well as children with no experience in Martial Arts, ages 5 to 12 years old. There are limited openings, though, so enroll your child today!

Week 1: Martial Arts Weapons Week

Monday, June 12, 2017 - Friday, June 16, 2017
One of our most popular weeks of summer camp! Each day we focus on a different Martial Arts weapon - Nunchucks, Bo Staffs, Swords, Escrima Sticks, and Tonfas. Our camp lessons build fitness, coordination, and focus, skills that will help your child in Martial Arts and any other sport they participate in.

Week 2: Nunchuck Week

Monday, June 26, 2017 - Friday, June 30, 2017
Your child will have fun swinging nunchucks, while building important skills. Drills in this week of summer camp will focus on improving dynamic balance, spatial awareness, rhythm, reaction time and visual processing, all elements which contribute to your child's speed and agility.

Week 3: Free-style Martial Arts Week

Monday, July 10, 2017 - Friday, July 14, 2017
With a focus on fun, campers will jump, spin, kick and yell their way through our Free-style Martial Arts Camp! This high-energy camp will keep them challenged all day with fun kicks and dynamic combinations.

Week 4: Martial Arts Weapons Week

Monday, July 24, 2017 - Friday, July 28, 2017
We're wrapping up our 2017 Summer Camps with another week of Martial Arts Weapons! Join us for a new and exciting Weapons Camp that will help your child develop coordination and build skills that will benefit him in Martial Arts and in life.

9:00 - 9:30 am Camper check-in 
9:30 - 9:45 am Team lesson & goal setting
9:45 - 10:30 am Taekwondo class
10:30 - 10:45 am Snack time
10:45 - 11:30 am Nunchuck games & drills
11:30 - 12:00 pm Lunch time
12:00 - 12:30 pm Movie
12:30 - 1:15 pm Weapons class 
 1:15 - 1:45 pm Obstacle course & relay races
1:45 - 2:00 pm Snack time
2:00 - 2:30 pm Teamwork games & drills
2:30 - 3:00 pm Forms & sparring combinations
3:00 - 3:30 pm Free Play

Note: Campers eat lunch at 11:30 am each day, so in the AM session of camp
