Summer Camps

What will your child be doing during summer vacation? How about a program that enhances self esteem, improves fitness and concentration, and helps develop self control and discipline? 

Our Martial Arts Day Camps are specially designed to improve basic motor and listening skill for children ages five to eleven through Martial Arts related activities. With weekly rates available for full day or half day participation, Martial Arts Day Camps can be a part of every family’s summer schedule. Day Camps are open to Martial Arts students as well as children with no experience in Martial Arts, ages 5 to 12 years old. There are limited openings, though, so enroll your child today!

Week 1: Ninja Warrior Week

Monday, June 11, 2018 - Friday, June 15, 2018
The instructors will be teaching what it means to be a true Ninja Warrior! Your Ninja will be challenged with obstacle courses and agility drills that focus on improving strength, dynamic balance, spatial awareness, and reaction time -- all elements which contribute to your child's speed and agility.

Week 2: Free-Style Martial Arts Week

Monday, June 25, 2018 - Friday, June 29, 2018
With a focus on fun, campers will jump, spin, kick and yell their way through our Free-style Martial Arts Camp! This high-energy camp will keep them challenged all day with fun kicks and dynamic combinations.

Week 3: Martial Arts Weapons Week

Monday, July 9, 2018 - Friday, July 13, 2018
Always one of our most popular camps - each day focuses on a different Martial Arts weapon - Nunchucks, Bo Staffs, Swords, Single Stick, and Double Stick. Our camp lessons build fitness, coordination, and focus, skills that will help your child in Martial Arts and any other sport in which they participate.

Week 4: Samurai Training Week

Monday, July 23, 2018 - Friday, July 27, 2018
Focusing on the arts of the Japanese warrior, our young Samurai will build strength and concentration as they learn to work with staffs and swords. Join us for new and exciting drills that will help your child develop coordination and build skills that will benefit him in Martial Arts and in life.

Full Day Campers: Pack a lunch or order lunch from Subway ($6)
Half Day Campers: Will not eat lunch at camp
All Campers: Snacks & water provided throughout the day
