Core Defense

Drop into any of our Core Defense classes to learn defensive tactics designed to make you more aware, prepared and ready to act. Wear comfortable clothes and join us for this investment in your own personal safety.

Course Instructor: David Vincent has over 30 years experience training in martial arts and defense tactics. His personal mission is to improve lives through martial arts based self defense, fitness and character development.

Core Defense classes are taught seminar style and require no previous experience or attendance. Core Defense classes focus on the fundamentals and core principles of self defense. Past seminars have covered the following topics:
