Little Dragons (4, 5 & 6 year olds)

Our specialized pre-school program is an age specific curriculum professionally designed to teach children ages's four to six. Students learn important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner. Our secret to teaching your child coordination, concentration, and self-control is a unique method we like to call "edu-tainment".

TaeKwonDo for Children (7 through 10 year olds)
 This is a specially designed Martial Arts program geared toward children age's six to twelve. Students learn important life skills through the ancient art of Taekwondo. Our unique method of teaching enhances fitness, self-control, discipline, and self-esteem. Students learn exciting kicks and strikes, as well as important means of self-defense.

TaeKwonDo for Teens (11 through 16 year olds)
 An action packed class designed specifically for students ages 12-17. This class incorporates the most exciting and phisically challenging elements of the Martial Arts. Our classes are specifically designed to instill confidence as the students develop and advance in their training. It addresses the challenges that teens are experiencing today and provides a disciplined atmosphere with positive role models for students to train.

 The ancient art of Taekwondo incorporates exciting kicks and weapons with practical grappling and self-defense skills. Summer Day Camps (5 through 11 year olds)
 What will your child be doing during summer vacation? How about a program that enhances self esteem, improves fitness & concentration, and helps develop self control & discipline? Our Martial Arts Day Camps are specially designed to improve basic motor and listening skills for children ages four to eleven through Martial Arts related activities. With week, day and half day rates available, Martial Arts Day Camp can be a part of every family's summer schedule. Day Camps are open to Martial Arts students as well as the general public, but there are limited openings, so contact us today to enlist your child!

Weapons
 An action packed curriculum using the padded versions of traditional oriental weapons to help students develop coordination, target recognition, accuracy, and focus. The adult weapons program also includes practical weapon defense against attackers armed with knives or guns.

Junior Leadership Program
Our Junior Leadership Program is open to all Junior Blue Belts and above who want to be a leader in class as well as in life.
The Goal of the Leadership Program is to teach students how to: - Motivate others
- Communicate with students
- Teach with courtesy
- Set a good example
- Build student confidence
- Accentuate the positives
Leadership classes are held every Tuesday at 5:30 pm. Students regularly attending the Leadership Class will be allowed to assist in other classes.
